I believe it is such a privilege to be able to sit with people daily and hear their stories. As a therapist I work hard to create an environment where you can be real and honest about who you are and feel safe. I will listen, and validate, but I will also challenge you to grow. I find Joy in helping my clients to get clear about who they want to be and working with them to get there. We get there through a lot of self exploration and reflection. When we have a better understanding of why we do what we do, we will have more success in changing our negative patterns.
I have a lot of experience in working with women who struggle with post-partum depression, and anxiety. I can help you to sort through those confusing feelings and symptoms so that you can find joy in motherhood.

Hello! I am the office manager here at Selah Sustained. A little about me is that I am married and a mommy to 2 beautiful little girls. God is first in my life and I wouldn’t be here without him or the aid of his people! I’m naturally a helper and truly am here and happy to help with anything you need!
