EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy approach that helps people heal from trauma, distressing experiences, anxiety, and negative beliefs that feel “stuck.” Through guided bilateral stimulation — such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds — EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity.

EMDR is not about forgetting what happened; it’s about helping your nervous system heal so you can respond to life from a place of peace rather than survival. Many clients find that EMDR helps reduce symptoms of anxiety, panic, grief, childhood trauma, low self-worth, and overwhelming emotional triggers.
