The work we do with women

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every woman. We have worked with women in every season of life, from adolescence, postpartum and well into menopause. As a woman, sometimes it can feel like we need to advocate for our care in all spaces. But here we have therapists who have years and a variety of experience in helping women to take authority of their mental health and find themselves in each individual season.

  • Many women struggle with anxiety and depression postpartum. We can help you to figure out if you are struggling with this and we can walk with you and give you tools to navigate postpartum together.

  • Many women with ADHD are overlooked and not diagnosed until they reach their adult years. We can help you understand if what you are struggling with is normal or if there is an actual diagnosis and come up with a plan together to help you function at your best ability

  • Menopause is a very scary and disorienting time for a lot of women. We help you understand what you are going through even when you feel like you are going crazy. We can educate you and guide you on the ways your hormones affect you cognitively and emotionally.
